Joe started out our real estate agent and ended up a very meaningful friend. He is an amazing agent, and person, to say the least!!! He was professional, intuitive, astute, kind, patient, informative, organized, knowledgeable, motivating, mindful and our mentor through-​out the entire process of looking, locating and purchasing our first home. My wife and I needed to find and buy a house fast. My landlord wanted to sell the house that we were renting and we had two months to find and buy a place. I contacted Joe and told him about our situation within a week he had houses in our price range to look at. This was our first ome and he took the time to explain and simplify the process. The fourth house he showed us was the one. Joe put us in contact with the lender and facilitated the deal so that we made one offer and it was accepted. Joe has continued to help us even after the close of the home with issues that have come up and is a great friend. I would recommend him to seasoned and new home owners alike. He is AWESOME

I want to thank Joe for all his help. We were first time home buyers and had already dumped another realtor due to them not being responsive and never doing what they said they were going to do. Joe was professional, prompt and always followed up. He walked us through everything and was patient with us as we learned about the buying process. Due to his years as a loan officer he also understands the financing portion of buying a home and was always there to give us advice.
