Gotta love the Tequila Club for happy hour! You join the club, get a t-​shirt and get to try dozens of tasty tequila shots week after week! You even get a check list to keep track of all the tequilas you try, and they hold onto it for you! The serious tequila-​drinkers get their pictures on the wall!
Actually, I’m not a member of the Tequila Club, but some of my friends are. I am the poor sap that has to drive their drunk asses home post-​Tequila Club. Seriously though, what better way to spend a Friday afternoon after a hard week week at work then watching your friends get a little stupid?
Wait…I am now seeing that I may seriously need to reevaluate the balance of power in a few friendships…

Joe & Michelle asked us to join them here for drinks one night.
Way back in the day, a friend told me this place was a drug den (ex-​friend, now — see the Forever 21 review), so I never went in. Until now.
It’s clean, bright and airy. The food is really good. Mexican family style.
The part I like best is the guitar player who walks around to each table. Fun!
The wait staff are really nice and always on task.
Fun place to take the kids or go for happy hour cocktails.

For the most part, I don’t really consider this ‘authentic’ mexican food.
However, it’s a great place to get a big group of loud and rowdy people together for margarita’s and some chips and (rather bland) salsa.
This one is going to seem strange, but I love their italian salad dressing, yes it’s prolly just something out of a bottle, but for some reason, it makes me happy, so i’ve been known to pop in and get a salad here. yes. wierd. but true.
Staff is friendly. margaritas are um, margaritas, but the beer is good and cold.
and prolly the best part? the banquet room off to the side in the back where you can have a loud, rowdy crowd, and it doesnt’ interfere with anyone.

Tortilla soup is 2die4!!! Great crunchy tacos! Taquitos are really good too! The misses loves the banana margaritas! & yes, the red salsa is really good with it all but don’t forget the guacamole!

This is a great restaurant. The Margarita’s are fantastic!

We gave this restaurant five chances and came home disappointed EVERYTIME! The food is flavorless and below mediocre The service is average and menu is extremely over priced. Do yourself a favor and head down the road two minutes to Mi Pueblito, you won’t regret it!

One of the best Mexican restaurants in the area – they serve hot beans with the chips, which is unusual and nice.

We’ve been driving by this place for awhile now and finally went in last night after reading some decent reviews… Our server was very friendly. The one strange thing though, they served us ice water but they left the pitcher at the table. I looked around it seemed like everybody else had the same deal going on. I guess the rest of the wait-​staff has better things to do. The same guy later dropped off a basket of stale cold chips, 2 types of salsa and a small bowl of refried beans. After going over the menu i decided on the (2)flautas (rice, beans, salad). My fiancé ordered the chicken chimichanga and small tortilla soup. The food came out and all there was on my plate were 2 flautas and and orange slice with a mexican flag toothpick. The price, $ 11.50. Beans? Rice? Nowhere on my plate. The soup did not look appetizing. The end result, my fiancé said the soup was bland. The Chicken Chimichanga was huge with sour cream and guacamole. He ate about half and was full. I finished my 2 flautas and picked at his plate to try and find something good to write about. which is, the chicken was quite alright. The chimichanga had big chunks of seasoned white meat. It was good, i just wish everything else was too

The service was good, and the staff was nice and friendly, but the food was mediocre at best. I had the super chimichanga and the tortilla soup. The soup had little to no flavor. The chimichanga was ok, but I’ve definitely had better.
For the prices we paid for the food (definitely over priced for this caliber of Mexican restaurant) we were not impressed.

Very good food but the service flunks minimum standards.
The whole family can agree on the food. Start with Fresh chips, two kinds of salsa (a third habanero salsa, if you ask) and refried beans for dipping. I joined Unilocal to write this review because we love the food, but hate the service. In the last 45 days, we’ve been 5 times. Three of those times the service was mediocre (slow to respond and indifferent attitude until check presentation time where we got lots of love along with the check).
The other two time the service was an absolute flunk: really bad. We have 4 boys including a 5 year old. When we have to wait 20 minutes for food delivery it is bad. Both of these times we waited 15 to 20 minutes to order and the «shoud-​have-​been-​quick» menu items took 20 minutes for delivery. The incorrect order would have been a quick fix if we could have found our waiter. For both of these «flunking» visits, the food server did finally reappear with a cheery smile to deliver the bill. Our food and soda dining experience took 90 minutes and nearly 2 hours on these two «flunking» visits.
PLEASE fix the food service problem! We want to come back, but only if we can survive the service.

Great mexican food! Love the chips and red salsa… one of the best chicken tostadas I have ever had!

Food is consistently good here. Burritos are generous in size and always fresh. We have found service to be fast & friendly and prices are fair. We usually eat here at least once a week.

My front door was only a few hundred feet from this place. GREAT food! the place is always busy, the food is always good, and the service is great. the bar section has a great selection of various tequilas. if you like mexican food this is one i’d recommend it.

My daughter & I love the Lady Lisa — it is the best burrito we have ever had. It is big enough to share and comes with a nice little salad. I have had great service here, and I have had poor service here — usually right in-​between. The food however is always great, although I always order the same thing. My husband loves the salsa.

I had a rehearsal dinner here over the weekend and I enjoyed it. The staff was very helpful. They dealt with all of our crazy requests and kept the margarita pitchers full, which was the most important element of the night. The food was good and I felt full.
