Traci is totally chill. As a guy who isn’t 100% comfortable walking into a salon filled with a lot of people (mostly women) to get anything done, Traci is perfect. Make an appointment, no waiting, pleasant demeanor, and before you know it your done. Very quick and very efficient. She knows her stuff. Only thing I had an issue with was the first time I went I wasn’t sure exactly where she was, no signs or advertising, just the address. But for a small business it’s not completely unexpected, and her prices are very reasonable. I’m definitely a repeat customer.

I called Traci 4 times to make an appointment, and she didn’t answer any of my calls. Then, I drove there, and sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes. No one was there, so I knocked on the doors and yelled «hello?» multiple times. No answer. I waited for about 15 minutes, and knocked on the doors again, and yelled «hello?» Still no answer. I was starting to think that no one was there. Then finally after my 50 minute wait someone came out to tell me «Oh sorry we don’t take walk-​ins»
I’m never coming back here. I was treated with very little respect.
Good luck to anyone else who tries to make an appointment here! You’re gonna need it…

Traci is absolutely fantastic! As both a first time client and a man, I felt a bit awkward going to see her for a wax treatment. But Traci immediately set me at ease and performed her treatment beautifully and professionally (and relatively painlessly). Sign me up as a repeat client.

I was in town visiting a friend and was lucky enough to find Traci and book a massage. I’ve gotten massages at fancy spas, hole in the wall spots, and everywhere in between, but I’ve never been as satisfied as I was with Traci! Her studio is warm and inviting, and she was very aware of my comfort level (making sure the pressure was just right and that I was relaxed). I would definitely recommend her, and I can’t wait to get my brows done by her next time I’m in town! :)

When my last esthetician quit her practice, I spent a few months trying services with different people and I was pretty sure I’d never find someone that cared about my sensitive skin issues. Then I found Traci!!! From the first moment we met I knew she genuinely wanted to help. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about various skin conditions and has the tools and high quality products that have made my skin look and feel healthier than it ever has before.
Not only do I see Traci for my skin, I also see her for waxing. Her polite and professional demeanor put me at ease during the most personal of hair removal experiences. I have recommended her to all my friends and will continue to see her every month!

I am super particular about who I let wax my eyebrows due to bad experiences… Traci was very gentle, she was very helpful with making sure I got the shape I was looking for, and they were perfect. I also got a mini-​facial from her and my skin has never felt so soft and moisturized. She had such a gentle and peaceful touch. I will going back to get more waxes and facials. Not only does she do an AMAZING job, but she actually can explain her products for her facials and believes in the things she uses.

As a guy never thought I could justify spending time or money on skin care and or the removal of body hair. Let me tell you I recieved a back treatment from Traci and my mind has completely changed. First off all I have never walked away from anything feeling more relaxed and stess free. Traci has an amazing healing touch. Secondly I dont have long enough arms to wash my back. So I walked away feeling so much more clean and revived. Definitely will go back again for a back treatment and facial too.
