Sending your computer in to be repaired… is like going in for brain surgery. IT’S STRESSFUL… especially if you’re not computer savvy. SR Technologies was the perfect computer doctor for me.
Five Stars for:
–Prompt arrival
–At home inspection/​diagnosis
–Having my computer repaired and back to me within 24 hours (on CHRISTMAS!)
–HONESTLY diagnosing the problems and offering a FABULOUS solution to keep me from having to purchase a new one (SAVED ME $$$!!!)
–Adding SUPER easy to follow maintenance programs
–Being one of the nicest companies to work with and for being SUPER reliable and trustworthy… I never felt like I was getting the run around
I wish I would have found them sooner! It’s awesome having a fast computer again! It’s awesome feeling confident that all of the kinks have been found and worked out. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
