I recently took personal possession of a home I’ve owned as rental for 30 years. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bath built in 1955. The oak floors are 60 years old and have never been refinished or for that matter properly maintained. Stains, warps and gouges scarred the surface. Thought I would be compelled to cover them up with wall to wall carpeting but was encouraged by a friend to give Brian(The Floorman) a call. Brian showed up as scheduled and provided a reasonable estimate within a couple days. He helped me select a stain(rosewood) and turned his crew loose on my floors. Well, they look so good I take my shoes off before entering the house. The floors are the nicest, aspect of the house. They look like a fine piece of hardwood furniture. don’t know how they did it, suppose it’s a secret of the guild. Oh yeah, Brian is a very personable gentleman, easy to work with and very responsive. Sean Novato

Wanted to put in new hardwood floors to match the old one before moving into the new house. Brian was introduced to me by an owner off another floor company who doesn’t do hardwood. He came out to do measurements and made some suggestions as to how the new floor should be done. The next day I was presented with an estimated cost and a time frame for finishing the job. Brian and his team started and finished the job right on schedule and the workmanship top notch! Would have given an extra star if The Floorman can provide full service of doing the touch up paint, which was clearly stated up front as an exclusion. Overall, very pleased with the floors. Thank you The Floorman!
