This is an interesting place. The Silver Spoon operates only on Sundays in the Roland Community Center. It’s this community’s twist on a pop-up restaurant. I’m not a big fan of buffet food. I’ve found often that the food prepared in large batches and sitting out for a while always left me disappointed. They do it right here. This is not flashy. These are the basics you’ll enjoy for a Sunday brunch: eggs, cheesy potatoes, roast and ham. Considering my aforementioned disdain for buffet food, I was very well pleased. The food was very fresh, and flavorful and taken in consideration that it’s $ 10 a person, this is a great satisfying value in small town America. This is a A 3.5 — 4 star review of this place within it’s first two weeks, I would recommend this for the post-Church crowd or families looking for a good value and short drive in the country.
