Not only is Michael an expert in helping with computer problems and repairs, he is friendly, courteous and professional. I just received a call from «Microsoft» telling me they are receiving multiple error messages from my laptop, that it could crash at any time etc… I had them hold on, called Michael and he verified that it was a scam… saved me over $ 300. Trust is the best thing a small business can hope to achieve in a small community like ours and Geek Rx has mine.

i had heard good reviews abt micheal who works here, but i was amazed at how nice he was. my pc was messed up b/​c wake electric had turned off the power and it messed up my pc. micheal fixed it w/​in a day, and he was very, very reasonable. i had to call a few times to ask some questions and he did not even charge me… he is very, very good and so nice… a small family owned business but knows what they are doing.
