I have only rented one of their properties for a month so far. So far however my experience is very good. The people I have had contact with are all extremely polite and helpful. I only have two complaints so far. The first would be the staff seemed overwhelmed but again extremely helpful. The second would be keeping the properties better maintained. I will openly admit I have a fairly high level of standards for the properties I rent. Overall though the property I rent is pretty nice and a great deal.

Rolla, MO
The best place to rent from in Rolla, in my opinion. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Complexes are well maintained and clean.
