I was in the Santa Monica store and the manager refused to honor her promise to return an item that she picked out for me while shopping for my girlfriend during Christmas. I will never shop at a place that lies to their customers. I was even going to buy a more expensive item with the credit and pay the difference. DON’T SHOP HERE. By the way, their cloths are out of style and overpriced.

Make sure they explain clearly to you their return policy before you buy!
I purchased a skirt with 30% off promotion. I was told their return policy was to exchange only within 14 days of sale. I returned a week later to make an exchange and I was told that they would not honor the 30% off for an exchange which meant if I wanted something of the same value I would have to pay extra. The saleswoman kept telling me that she needed to check with the manager as she only had worked there for one month She kept leaving phone messages for the manager who did not return her calls while I was there. I decided to keep the skirt rather than pay more or keep arguing. Nothing in their receipt indicated that they would not honor previous discounts.
This is not the way to run a business! Train your staff and have a well defined return policy if you want to stay in business.

I’ve gotten several outfits here. Very unique pieces, fun and classy. I always get compliments when I wear them. I love that they travel so easily (wrinkle-​free) and that they are machine washable.
One of my favorite things is you can find a style you like and have them custom make it in different patterns or solids. There’s a little extra charge for this, but not much.

I have bought a couple outfits from here and absolutely love these clothes. They are high-​quality, beautiful, and slim me down without being too tight. I always feel very comfortable in these clothes.
All of the ladies there are very helpful in selecting a great outfit. If something doesn’t flatter you they won’t let you buy it.
And, if you’re tall like me, the arms and the legs FIT! If you want something extended or taken out, they will gladly order it for you. Great new addition to the Promenade.
