They’re happy to get you in. Just don’t expect any return on your deposit when you leave, even if it’s a short term rental left in the same condition.
I should have expected trouble when they would not honor the rates they advertised on Craigslist.
For your own sanity, go elsewhere.

Agree with the first review, everything is true.
No intentions what so ever to help you. Never ever respond to an E-​mails if you are asking to close the contract with them, but if you inquire about a new service they will respond right a way and will be going after you.
Don’t ever do business with Regus specially the one In Rolling Hills Estates.

I’ve had my office here at Rolling Hills Estates since 2006. The ambiance is very friendly and professional. The staff is helpful, and the front receptionists are welcoming and friendly.
Regus has offices worldwide, it gives you the flexibility to set up client meetings or use their business centers at all various locations. Check them out If you’re looking for small to mid size executive offices.

PALOS VERDES PENINSULA, CA
They promise services and quality they have no intention of giving. They have a huge turnover of clients reflecting how bad the service is. They charge for services that they have not done and have no intension of providing. The staff and Regus do not even attempt to provide quality service. When you ask about whey they are not complying with the lease they do not respond or attempt to sole the issues. In addition, They have some clauses in their lease that are considered predatory to small business.
