If you have to deal with this company know that they have horrible customer service! The the representative I spoke with was rude. As a representative of the company trying to collect debts, you need to provide all the options available to the consumer. I asked for a receipt at the beginning of the call and the rep informed me she could email it to me. I made a payment only to be told they have to verify the payment has cleared my account and it would be 7 to 10 days before I receive a receipt. Only if I pay with a debit or credit card are receipts sent immediately. I informed the rep this should have been told to me prior to making the payment. The consumer should be well informed and given options. The rep told me I could not tell her how to do her job. I knew at that point she was not worth another word and asked for a manager. The manager gets on the phone and I began to tell him about what transpired, he replies«What’s my point» I asked for the owner and he said he was it. A manager or owner of a business that ask a consumer what’s their point is not a business owner with any sense of customer service This shows ignorance on the part of the rep and owner. I will be filing a complaint with the consumer affairs or government organization that allows these jerks to mislead people.
