This place is beyond overpriced. It was $ 49 for 5 dresses which is totally ridiculous. I could have gone anywhere else and paid under $ 30. It was close and convenient for me but I would rather travel to go anywhere else. I would rather have a place tell you the cost up front so you’re not surprised when you walk in the door to pick up your things. I would have passed on the price immediately. I will never go there again!

This place can be missed if you are new to the area but the service that I get here and the prices make me come back here again and again. The owner is very friendly and takes care of the customers. If you need something in a hurry he will be willing to accommodate as well.
I can’t recommend this place enough.

Great prices, reliable service, onsite alterations and repairs, and very friendly and personable owner! The owner remembers your name, how you prefer to have your clothes laundered, when you prefer to pick up, etc. So rare these days, and it makes it a business you want to support.
The interior is not much to look at, but that seems like a fair trade off for the unbeatable prices!

Finally, a nice place to take your dry cleaning. Although it may not look like much, this is an excellent, and reasonably priced, cleaners.
The owner is really nice and seems to recognize you right away. He also remembers what you talked to him about, which is sort of unusual in the «modern» world. He is very popular with people around here too. When I came in before Christmas it seemed everyone was stopping by to wish him a happy holiday.
As I previously mentioned, the prices are reasonable and they have done a good job with my alterations as well. I feel like I am a bit difficult to please dry cleaning wise, or maybe I have just have bad luck. In any case, thank you Unilocalers for leading me to this cleaners! (I do wish it was closer to my place and that they accepted credit cards, but I suppose I can’t have everything.)

Pete is very friendly and does a great job for all my dry cleaning needs. Highly recommend anyone going there or switching where you bring your dry cleaning. Pricing is great, and he is flexible for when you need to pick up your clothes.

We recently moved from Nebraska and needed a dry cleaner for my husband’s work shirts. Meadow Dry Cleaners does an excellent job and the prices are fabulous. Be forewarned, the location is a bit challenging to get to. Meadow Dry Cleaners is in the strip center off of Algonquin and the entrance was hard for Siri to direct us there. My daughter and I kept driving up and down Algonquin looking for the entrance. So, go to the light and take the outer road to the strip center. Well worth finding! Also, be sure to bring cash when you pick up your stuff since Pete does not take cards. The prices are so reasonable, it is not a huge deal.

I was visiting Elk Grove for work and needed a few silk blouses, tees and jacket cleaned to be ready the next day around noon. I called Meadow Dry Cleaners about 6:30pm the night I arrived and spoke to Pete who told me to bring it in and he would have it ready the next day for me. Pete was awesome– awesome service, professional and nice. I came back the next day around 1:30pm, Pete remembered me by name and had my things cleaned and ready. My jacket that I had spilled red wine on looked practically new. For 5 things to be ready the next day costed me $ 22. I wish I lived around here so I could bring all my dry cleaning here!
Tip: they only take cash and check but worth it– take out the cash!

This is hands down the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. The owner, Pete is a great guy. He is honest and his prices are so reasonable.
Years ago I had a pipe burst in my condo which soaked all my clothes. I literally put them in garbage bags and took them to this dry cleaner. It was my first time going there and he gave me a flat inexpensive rate for three full bags of clothes. When I looked at him and said, «That’s all you’re charging me?» He replied, «Broken pipe, you have more to worry about than your dry cleaning.» You know when you have one of those horrible days and random acts of kindness come along… only this man is always that kind.

Pete is friendly, honest & hard working. Yes, I know his first name because he is a true business man and TALKS to his customers.
My laundry & dry cleaning has ALWAYS been clean, fresh & handled with care.
I have dropped off 4 Ikea bags of laundry in a frenzy and it was washed & folded (better than store) perfectly! (even back in my Ikea bags neatly stacked)
I needed it asap and he had it back to me the next day, 5 hours before I said I «HAD to HAVE IT» before my trip.
He called my cell phone and even let me know it was ready! He helps me lug all this in my truck every time, with a smile.
I have been a die hard customer ever since. I have since done the math and I SAVE between $ 30-​$ 60 a month! By bring my laundry to him, instead of dumping money in the laundromat.
* The place looks like… well, the best I can describe it is, a old boyfriends messy room/​garage LOL — I quickly realized the appearance of the store had nothing to do with the service or care of my clothes.

This cleaners looks a little old when you walk in, however the service is great. My clothes are always clean and pressed and I am always 100% satisfied. The owner is a cool guy as well, I will bring all my clothes to there from now on.

I get all my work clothes cleaned here and occasionally get things dry cleaned. Over 2 years and I’ve never had anything damaged or lost. Prices are not exactly cheap but they come out right every time. They’ll fold & box shirts at no charge as well (great for travel).
The real reason I come back is because the owner is awesome. He remembers people’s names after the first visit and is fantastic to deal with. I’m a fan of service and he is great at it. And he works like all the time (6 am — 7 pm every day, he’ll be there).
