The team here is very professional, courteous, and respectful of your time. Although I had an appointment, it was delayed about an hour. They kept me informed and updated throughout the delay. The technician ensures you are informed about the safety procedures, the experience, and ensures you can be set up as comfortable as possible. I appreciated the communication efforts.

I have been to multiple MRI locations during the course of my back injury that began in 2004. MRI of Arlington Heights is the best MRI facility that I have been to. Not only was the staff very cordial and sympathetic to my situation, they also were able to accommodate me quickly. Being in an MRI is never comfortable by any means and when you are in pain it can be very painful to be in any position too long. MRI of Arlington Heights worked closely with me to make sure I was relaxed and maintained contact with me to make sure I was doing ok. I highly recommend this facility and it is my facility of choice. You will not be disappointed with there professionalism nor find a more affordable MRI center.

I should tell you I have a many MRI’s over the years. I have been in a hospital setting as well as free-standing walk in places and this was not a great experience to say the least. Best to go elsewhere for an open MRI like Westmont. I will say though I was greeted by a very nice man who was friendly however that is where it ends. The tech was late(had an appt.) she was non-friendly and preceded to tell me it would save more time to do a close MRI but, that is why I went there as it offered an Open MRI. Seriously if I wanted a closed I would have gone to the hospital. I was having the MRI for lower back pain. She said is was going to be 50 minutes but, even without a watch it was more like an hour and 20 minutes and having had many before I was used to them talking to you through it. She did not talk to me at all until more than half-way through and then when my hands went numb she did not respond to my calling out to her. I think she may have stepped out of the imaging area to be honest. Then when it was over she did not even attempt to help to get down from the machine. This table did not automatically lower like most and the bed was hard plastic and very high up so you can imagine how painful that was to step down since they only had a step stool that wobbled. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. I could have hurt myself since I was so stiff in one position but, she really couldn’t care less. Honestly that was a horrible experience and I have many to compare this too. Not professional in anyway so I will have to suggest you go elsewhere.
