We used Spinnin’ Discs for our wedding in September 2010 and they were great! From our first meeting until after the wedding was over, they were the perfect choice for us. Our DJ was Phil. He was hilarious, knowledgeable about everything to do with music and he could read the room like nobody’s business. Our wedding was a dance party up until the very end. After the wedding, Phil even put together a CD of our «wedding music» including the recessional, processional, first dance, and parent dances. I thought that was a nice touch and it was just above and beyond. I highly recommend using Spinnin’ Discs to anyone in Chicago!

I used Spinnin Discs for uplighting and it turned out great! I got many compliments from my guests about how wonderful the lights made the room look. I price compared with many companies and sent spinnin discs the lowest quote I had received and they beat it! I was nervous about it since it was pretty cheap and everyone kept telling me that they must use can lights not led lights, so I went to their location to look at the lights and they were led lights. So, I booked with them and I am so happy that I did. The lighting looks fantastic in pictures and in our video. I would highly recommend them!

I met with this company over the weekend. The person I met with was a very nice man. Not very presentable in the wedding industry, but very nice and accommodating. He made it a very personable experience which is what you want. However, the prices were WAY too high compared to other DJs that were a little more presentable. They had some unique services that they offered, but you do not get to meet your DJ before you sign a contract, which I didnt like. I want to see who will be my DJ before I commit to anything.
