The place is very small and it does(as another reviewer stated) have a worn down vibe… the polishes are probably at 85% needing thinning or replacement and there are no amenities such as drinks or large video screens playing movies. Upside is the basic pedicure is only $ 20, 33% cheaper than my normal place and the massage chair is decent. I think the service was okay… though I was concerned that she offered to shave a callus down with a razor, which I believe is not allwed… hence no places can use the cheese grater on the bottoms of your feet nowadays. I would go back to get the basic pedicure because its close and super cheap — when I’m jonesin’ and my feet look raggedy…

I walked in a little after 9am on a Saturday and they had Sabrina, the original, on their TV. I’m a huge Audrey Hepburn fan so I felt I had met some kindred spirits. I just needed a pedicure and I had stopped at another location who quoted me a 20 minute wait. No time for that nonsense so I popped into BB and they took me right away. Now I guess I should be worried if there was no wait and I was the only customer there, but like I said, Audrey Hepburn was on the tube. I knew I could trust them. My tech did a fantastic job on my pedicure. I like the spa chairs as they are comfy yet functional – there’s a cup holder so you don’t have to worry about spilling your venti iced latte. I upgraded to the sea salt pedicure and I liked it, I just felt is went on too long. After a while, the sea salt became super scratchy as they massage it into your legs. But if you can endure the scratchy, the end result is super soft skin on your lower legs and feet. My tech was really sweet. I don’t like it when techs cut too far down the sides of my toenails and I mentioned that to her as soon as I sunk my feet into the whirling basin and she obliged my request. Other places just nod at your requests but keep doing what you asked them not to do. It was nice to not have to worry about my request and just sink into my book and relax. They have mostly OPI colors, yet the bottles looked kind of old. That’s what the shop looked to me too, old and worn. Clean though, just not super shiny or sleek. It’s a small shop, 3 pedi chairs and 3 mani stations.
