DISGUSTING!!!
BEWARE. This place has really gone down the cook had no idea how to read the orders literally messed up EVERY ORDER. Then the manager looks at you like you’re an idiot and doesn’t even say sorry for the wait. The pop machine was broke also. Also filthy inside.

My co-​workers and I decided to go here due to an email for a buy one entrée get one free. We thought this would be perfect. Two of my coworkers place their order. My coworker and I are next in line and we literally wait 5 minutes before the cashier takes our order. He apologizes to us stating that his cooks walked out on him. As we place our order, he states to us that he does not have any beef left. He only has Mahi Mahi and Shrimp. I think to myself «Not a big deal, I wanted shrimp anyways.» I order a Burrito with Shrimp and my coworker orders a naked burrito with a drink. He states to us «Our fountain machine isn’t working but we have cans.» I’m think «not a big deal we’re still getting what we want.» We get our chips and walk over to the salsa bar and there’s almost no salsa. At this point I think to myself «It’s okay, they still have some good options for salsa.» We sit down and start eating. My coworkers who ordered first go check on their order. In the process, they get a refund. It is unknown whether they will get their food or not. My coworker and I get our food, but it isn’t exactly what we ordered. My burrito has shrimp and salsa wrapped in a tortilla. It’s supposed to have cheese, shrimp, salsa, pico de gallo. My coworker’s salad composed of lettuce, cheese, and shrimp. Totally unacceptable. We take it back and we get a refund. At this point, i’m upset as I went through all this and didn’t get what we wanted. A complete waste of 30 minutes. Ended going over to Steak and Shake and Chipotle. I definitely will not be coming back here until I know they have their act together.
