Plum Grove Park

I came here for a vow renewal on a chilly fall day. It’s located in a residential area, so it is a little hard to find. They have a basketball court and a rec area (which is where the vow renewal was), but not much else from what I saw.
The rec area had some fitness classes in the morning (in the basement). Upstairs they have a huge kitchen in the back, and a wide open room with another smaller kitchen area. There is a fireplace and disco ball as well. It has a cabin like feel, very warm and cozy. Good for smaller events, as the room isn’t that big. There was room to set up about 10 round tables, a gift table, and a cake table and still have some dancing room. Everyone that was supervising (they don’t have waiters or janitors) was very nice. You have to do your own setup, cleanup, and bring in your own food. Everything went well, and I could see having another event here.
