I was helped by Anthony yesterday and today, I’ve been shopping around for a new phone and even though T Mobile was my last choice it happened to be the one I loved the most. I went in again today met with Anthony and bought my phone. He answered all my questions before I even asked. He’s very patient and the best person I have worked with. I would definitely recommend this T Mobile and see Anthony! I am loving my new Note 4!

Over the past year this t mobil store has put 4 separate hits on my credit! Which has dropped my credit score dramatically. They refuse any responsibility and refused to let me out of my contract they tricked me into! My last T-Mobile bill for one month was $ 412!

I’ve been here twice and my experiences were very different. The first time I went in my husband had just gotten a new phone in the mail from Assurion and it wasn’t working and they helped him and we left with a working phone. The assistant manager helped us and she was very nice and helpful. The next time we went in to exchange something and it was a complete nightmare. The manager and girl helping us were quite rude.

While they do get busy at times, every experience I’ve had here has been overall positive. Everyone who has helped me was nice, and Vanessa is extremely helpful. Since my phone both got stolen(argh!) and then broken(sighhhh), I’ve had more than a few interactions. Yes. The world’s tiniest violin is playing the saddest song juuuuust for me(and my phone(s)). Anyhow, the only downsides are busyness and that they won’t reserve a loaner phone for you. I went yesterday and they didn’t have any; apparently they got two in this morning and they are now gone. When I asked if they could reserve one and call me and I’d come get it, they(Tiffany) said no. Recommendation: Call the smaller stores(the one on Sigwalt in AH) because they will be more readily available to help and they have seven(7!) loaners that I can go get right now. :)
