Had issues with a pair of boots, an admitted defect by Staff, then wasn’t offered a refund. Said refunds must be done within 10 days, but we were out of town for two weeks. Had no replacement product either.
You’re a small business & have the power to offer a refund, but are choosing not to.
Yes, I sound bitter. But that’s because we just spent $$$ for an inferior product. Will never shop here again.

Di Prima’s is the only shoe store in Rome that offers higher quality name brand casual shoes. Keen, Merrel, Clarks, Born and of course others. I wish the selection was a bit larger (I’m used to having a huge selection on zappos) but you can at least try shoes on here and get a feel of the brand sizing. They do, however, have a huge selection of work boots, for men and women, half of the whole store is dedicated to them.

Been buying shoes from this family for 50 years! You may pay just a little more but the service and knowledge more than makes up for that little bit. Knowledgeable staff and owners. Lots of stock and quality brand names. Love the Ecco boots for men.
