I am fairly new to Rome, but when I needed some new running shoes, I had to stop in and check them out. Their service is top notch. I was assisted by Skye who really took her time to understand my needs.
During this particular visit I was suffering from a plantar fasciaitis (sp?) and Skye proceeded in analyzing my run. She had me try on several pairs of shoes and filmed me while I ran the treadmill. She then compared all the runs (side by side) on her ipad. It was quite amazing to see the difference in my running. It was also very impressive to see how they used technology to help me make a better decision about my purchase.
The attention to service was so great that I had to return the favor and buy the shoes. Note, the PF, was also resolved shortly after changing into my new shoes.
I plan on visiting them when I need another pair of shoes.
