The hubby and I spotted this little gem of a restaurant on our way to the grocery store. I saw a «Thai food» sign glowing in the window, and we turned around in a gas station parking lot to give this one a try. Good Thai food is a rarity on the East coast in general, so it was a necessity to see if this one was up to par! Jason ordered the Beef Pad See Ew(super spicy), his standby dish, while I ordered the green curry chicken. The owners were so pleasant and excited that we were ordering the Thai specialty dishes, and cooked up heaping servings of beef and chicken with veggies, noodles, and rice. It was quite obvious that Hibachi Chef had opened just three days previous to our visit, yet the paper plates and lack of fancy décor did not detract from the delicious food we had! I honestly think this is the best green curry I have had, period. The flavors were something very unique, and the spice was enough to make me sweat but not drown out the overall enjoyment. We cannot wait to try more dishes! The pad see ew was also pretty dang good! For those of you in Rome, definitely give this one a shot!
