The place avoids generally has the office supplies I need. However, their website is useless(if you try to use the«convenience» feature to submit print jobs online and pick them up in-store, you will ALWAYS receive a message that your order must be delivered in person as well. One time they actually told me I could submit it online, but I would have to come by in person to confirm that I wanted them to start working on it. Some convenience, huh?) Also, maybe I’m hopelessly behind the times, but I can’t believe their fax prices. They charge $ 1.49 for one page, and 1.29 for subsequent pages. Of course, these prices aren’t advertised anywhere near their self-serve fax machine, so you’re left to assume their prices are similar to other places, where it’s about $ 0.50 a page. In short, I just paid $ 8.42 to send a six-page fax(cashier rang up $ 10 until I reminded them the cover page is free, so be sure to pay attention to your total.) I feel like someone just stole my lunch money. If I had seen the prices before I used the fax machine, I would have just taken care of this at the office or found an Office Depot or something. Unless you feel like paying 3x market rate to do a basic task like send a local fax, avoid this place.
