Home purchase that started 2 mos prior to scheduled loan closing. Bob and Theresa assured everything would close on time! «On time» is never in their vocabulary! The processor (Robert Lewis) was an absolute moron and incompetent at his job. He would lie constantly that he requested documents but never asked us for them. He doesn’t know how to follow simple instructions like «do not call my house number», and idiot would still call! I contacted Lewis’ supervisor (Lynn Taylor) that was useless since she did nothing. I had to file for two 1 week extensions and still no loan commitment. We will lose this house sticking with them. Use another lender that doesn’t treat you as «just another file» when you are juggling a move. EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT and play game with people’s lives! They lost my current/​future business. I will make sure everyone I know to skip Suntrust as a financing lender of anything.
