My mother ordered a dress that was indicated as «In-​stock» online and they charged her credit card even though the dress was not in stock. It has now been over 2 weeks and no refund after repeated calls and emails. Would never do business with these people again. Most companies DO NOT charge you until an item has shipped, and definitely not if the item is OUT OF STOCK.
