I wanted to work with a counselor and Life Coach to work out a few pressing problems. I worked with a a great counselor Niki Mireles. She helped me explore a lot of options that I had not considered in the past. My sessions were very insightful and I felt really comfortable. Absolutely a great service.

At first, there was less organization. respectfully all prior reviews of organization precede the change in staff and. .organization. Totally ship shape now.
The doctors are the best I’ve ever had in twenty years of quadruple disabilities. I am difficult. From the great dr BHOPAL, I learned new strategies while dialing down meds. Most psychiatrists are pushers who have no clue. And other docs too. Receptionist is sublime. Important if you feel uneasy, iffy, scared. Here I feel at ease and I trust them completely. Again, I’m one who is sharply critical. Especially when not well.
Billing.. .this must be the toughest job. She Does have a heart. She is reasonable. However, at some point they won’t carry your or my debt. Advice. Stay current or you’ll lose the best doc ever, have a breakdown, etc. That’s not the billing lady! She is great and right now I’m in the hole and can’t go. That’s how much I love and respect IPD at every level.
I’ve learned more there than all my prior docs and psych wards and rehabs combined. I feel truly reported. All the staff. I recommend Dr. Bhopal to all. She is one of a kind. Don’t be late on bills and try it. If it’s not amazing, tell me.
Ok ps didn’t dig gelbourn but hey that was personal style. She’s cool, just not a good fit for me. Five Stars. Saved my life.

A member of my family was a patient of IPD. Overall we were very disappointed with their treatment.
We felt like Dr. John Goldin-​Mertdogan was an incompetent buffoon. We also felt like the office was disorganized and didn’t care how poorly a doctor performed.
We would not ever recommend anyone go to IPD.

There scheduling office is ridiculous! Information needed is not fully explained and when submitted was given patches of information went back and forth 4x before I decided this was not the place to go.

I can’t believe how poorly I’ve been treated by this office. They are so unbelievable rude. I wouldn’t wish their help onto my worst enemy. If you’re trying to get help, try somewhere else.
