I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube now 2 times since I got a new car. The first visit went well and I was pleased with the service. The second visit wasn’t as good of a experience. There is a heat shield on my car that has to be removed to access the oil plug and drain the oil. I found the heat a day later was hanging down because it wasn’t tightened properly. Now about 2 weeks later I’m finding oil leaking into the driveway. I have a newer car these guys are on the verge of ruining. I plan to just go to a dealer oil change from now on. I’m willing to pay more for quality work.

Great service. Very quick with work. Technician walked through all recommendations for vehicle and took me to the vehicle and showed me all the tests performed and results.
