This place recruits people from hell. Everyone who works here, and everyone we’ve spoken to on the phone are all incompetent. We have shipments of more than 20 boxes scheduled every month, and every single motherfeathering time, a fraction of our shipment ends up in Amazon… in Moreno Valley of all places. What does everyone here do when we ask them about this? «Oh its not our problem; we can’t step into Amazon’s facility.» Well poop de poop, how did y’all manage to get our boxes there in the first place? In addition to that, they’ve had this ongoing problem for God knows how long. BECAUSE OF THIS LOCATION, THERE ARE TRUCKLOADS OF BOXES THAT END UP AT AMAZON ON A DAILY BASIS. Yes, DAILY. They’ve had to hire someone JUST to go to Amazon and fetch every single box that «accidentally» makes it there. They hired someone to fix mistakes they’ve caused themselves — yea, that sounds about right. Woot! Congrats UPS Romoland! You’ve managed to reach a new level of incompetence!
There’s a guy who works here named Ed. I don’t know what’s up his donkey butt but he hung up on us after we called to complain and ask about our shipment. Mind you we’ve had this problem for at least 6 months, and they ARE aware of it. His response when we asked for someone higher? «There are people 5 pay grades higher here that can’t do anything about it so there’s nothing we can do but wait». What has everyone been doing for the past 6 months, sleeping with each other?
There’s another lady who works here who always answers the phone and is UPS Romoland’s Queen B. I’ll be nice this time and not reveal anything about her um, phone etiquette. As in, lack thereof.
Even Fedex has a couple of things to say about this particular UPS location. The staff here is just… unbelievably rude. If things do not improve in another 6 months, well… I hope management here gets their act together and I hope this is the last time we’ll be dealing with them. And people wonder why nastiness exists.

WORST PLACE EVER! Beware if your package is sent to this faculty it will come up «missing». I had dozen chocolate covered strawberries that where supposed to leave this facility on Dec 4, 2015. The tracking said it left the UPS store on Romand ca @ 531am. I tracked it all day and by 534pm the tracking said «left at the faculty». I went to the store and they could not find my package. Hmmm? Did someone take home my strawberries that works there? They are perishable so I had them overnight delivered for a reason. This is not the first time my packages have come up «missing» from this place. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was expected to receive a couple of packages on 4 Dec. I paid a 2-​day shipment fee which was more than the value of my items just to get them when I need them. During that time the tracking was consistently saying «out for delivery.» I waited until 9pm and no package. I was devastated as the boxes contained awards that would be presented the next day. I called the UPS Romoland on Saturday at 8am and talked to someone and begged to assist in finding my packages. First thing someone said, was she has limited access and no guarantee she would find my packages. Right there on I knew I would not get a positive result. Every hour I’d call and they kept telling me they’re looking, but could not find my package. There was also unwillingness in their tone to go up and beyond. They gave up and just told me they had 4000 packages and everyone wanted their package that same day. Which gave me an impression how inefficient their service is if they can’t deliver 4000 packages on time. Additionally, how many of those people were expecting boxes full of awards to be given to military families? Last year most members were deployed overseas and this year was the first time most members were home to actually celebrate the holiday and see their family members getting an award. UPS staff didn’t care. I knew that when they told me the first time that there was no assurance to find my package that they have a broken system.
Very disappointed!

I had a delivery missed me at my house by a few minutes so I had to come here at 8pm to pick up my package or wait till Monday for a re-​delivery. I was concern since I thought most UPS places were closed by 5. Not this place, you drive up to the gate, there’s a security desk and they’ll point you to a door a few feet down. Stand in line, show them your ID and pick up your package. It was simple, but my only issue was that, that wasn’t clear to me that they’ll still be open at this time. Then the woman in front of me didn’t have her ID and didn’t know any of her previous addresses (weird) so the wait was a bit long after driving to the middle of nowhere late at night. Other than that, not too bad.

I was due a delivery from this UPS location ROMOLAND, CA., on 4 Sep by 8 pm. We waited ALL DAY and at 4 pm saw the truck but no attempt to deliver, an Amazon purchase, tracked. The truck left and at 5 pm I checked online again and was SHOCKED to find «signature required, not delivered.» WHAT?!
THEN, to make matters worse I checked online AGAIN at 7:30 pm and found that it was to be delivered by 8 pm! It was never delivered and we still wait for a gift to be given 3 days after the birthday.
UPS IN GENERAL HAS BEEN JUST TERRIBLE IN 92 549 AND 92 262.

Obviously the driver lied because he did not have the package loaded in the first place. We also have ²⁴⁄₇ security cams and a doorbell and car In driveway. No attempt was made to deliver.

I give employee 5 stars, However it would be better to have two on shift if there are a lot of people. I like this location due to the ability to ship air rifles and pistols which 99% of places are scared to ship them. Prices vary depending on economy: I sent an item here for $ 20.00 same item was $ 25.00 this time. I recommend UPS as it is reliable and I get up to date info on where item is being shipped out.

Can you believe it? A UPS Customer Center out here! Right off the 215 and 74. Can pickup or drop off shipments. They will even hold them for you up to a week. They also offer same day will call if you miss your driver.
