7-Eleven

Quick pop into this store today. I grabbed some tasty chicken tenders and some fresh coffee for lunch. Great service and products thank you for always being open!

Just go to the Shell across the street. I went to 7 – 11 to get 2 energy drinks and a pack of Starbursts, and she refused to give me the sale price that was posted. She tried charging me $ 8.50 for my 3 items. Went across the street and got the same thing for $ 4.20.

The staff here is always friendly, and the place is clean. If you arrive at an odd time and don’t see the staff right away, you can usually find someone cleaning coolers or the coffee station.
I wish they knew more about the Slurpee rotation, but alas, this tends to be a 7-​Eleven problem! The coffee is always fresh, if overly done and strong, but it’s what you expect from this chain.

Have y’all noticed in our awesome state of Michigan, the gas prices have been coming down lately? YAY!!! I say keep up the great job fuel station owners for bringing them down.
But there was a time 2 – 3 months ago that the gas prices were hovering around $ 3.99 even 4.05 a gallon, specially in Belleville MI area. So one day I decide to fire up the free «Gas Guru App» on my Apple I-​phone 4S (btw soon to be replaced by a Samsung Note 4 if they ever get it in at the Sprint store in Belleville).
Oh yeah where was I? Yup gas prices. So Gas guru picks this place. I drive out here to personally check it out. It is a ⁷⁄₁₁ store and gas station on the corner of Hannan Road and Ecorse Road in Romulus MI bordering Belleville town lines. I have become a fan of this place ever since the first time.
Why you may ask? Ok if you go to any gas station (well any that I’ve been to so far) ever since the gas price hike-​up ever since well we will not get into politics and all but have you ever sat down and thought back a few years and compared gas prices to presidents to present wars etc? Pre– Gulf war we were at 88 cents per gallon and those days I lived in MA. Between post gulf war and pre-​9/​11 we were at 1.36 a gallon and post ⁹⁄₁₁ to present we have had a steady hike-​up to the present gas price situation. It just makes me wonder…
Ok so by now y’all have figured out this is more of a gas price review. So I won’t bore you any further but wrap this up asap.
+ Why do I love this ⁷⁄₁₁?- Cheapest gas in the area credit or cash.
+ Why do I love this ⁷⁄₁₁? — The store is well stocked and the employees are very helpful/​knowledgeable and friendly. (Well most of them minus one! Maybe she was having a bad night that night…).
So to wrap it up, many gas stations now charge different prices for the same fuel. A CREDIT price that is higher than the CASH price that is lower.
Here at this ⁷⁄₁₁ the LOW price is both CASH OR CREDIT.
Oh and there is a Shell across the street so I think they are both competing against each other to see who can get lower and lower in gas prices. Try it out folks, maybe I’ll make a few fans outta you yet.
