Unbelievably slow shipping. I ordered in January thinking I had plenty of time before the house was done to surprise a young girl with her newly decorated bedroom. I called last week and was told it had arrived and should ship today. Checked order status — still isn’t showing shipped. I have emailed and have not received a reply. Order elsewhere would be my advice.
ADDENDUM — did receive an email in follow up and they state is was shipped. I’ll keep you posted!

is extremely slow in shipping and is impossible to return things. They make it as complicated as possible, likely to discourage you from returning items. Website said 1 – 5 days for delivery… took 16!

After our remodel, we were looking for a special comforter set for our bedroom. We found the perfect one at this site. It WAS pricey, over $ 500. We loved it.
However, about 6 weeks ago, we noticed a ‘L’ shaped tear on the comforter, It wasn’t a tear, exactly, it had frayed somehow and worked its way into that shape tear. We’re older, and don’t lay on the bed with our shoes on or anything like that. No kids around either.
I notified the company and asked for a repair. T J at the company asked for pictures, which we sent. He then said that the factory said it looked like something got caught in it and refused to fix it. I’m very unhappy with this company at this point. Our whole bedroom color scheme revolves around this particular comforter.
We’re now going to have to replace the whole set and hope to find something comparable to this.
All we wanted was a repair, instead we got the brush off. I DO NOT recommend this company.
