Unreliable shipping, and rude customer services. I wish there was a way to avoid using fedex completely while shopping with amazon.

They certainly are functional and get the job done but this is not a store so don’t expect a nice interior or customer-​oriented staff, this place isn’t that at all. It’s simply a warehouse.
I ordered a rather large package from Amazon (weighing 40 lbs.) and had to request a pickup to this location, which I didn’t have the choice of. Close enough to me, so whatever. I parked my car, at the «World Office» office which isn’t well marked, and made my way into a dated and crowded Fedex shop. They brought my package out quickly enough on a squeaky old cart and just left it there for me. No help, no offer to help lift it into my vehicle. Good thing I can lift.
So that peeved me off. Kind of rude, considering I’m obviously going to have to struggle to lift the heavy package into my SUV.
So I won’t be returning here again.

Newport, MI
I have packages that come to my house sometimes and I am not home, thus, I have to pick them up from this location. Every time I am here, there is no or little wait, and my package is quickly retrieved for me. Highly recommend.
