Jet’s Pizza

Ordered online at 11:00 for delivery at 13:30 for a business meeting. Called the store at 13:45 for an update on where the food was, hoping maybe they just ran into traffice. Store «never» got my online order. Yet I was sent by email an order #, confirmation page was up, and they knew my name when I called. Nevered ordered off the phone I called from. Out of options I did an order over the phone, did the same exact food, told them exactly what I ordered and was then told a HIGHER price. Not higher by much but still higher. No sorry, no nothing. So now my meeting is over, still waiting on my food to arrive for my team. Worse customer service I have seen in awhile. I hope the person on the phone was new, because they were clueless and by them not putting me on mute, and the questions he was asking his co-​workers and their responses, I have no faith that he will be properly trained. Will not be ordering for my team here again.

Ordered delivery. I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half, after they orginally told me 30 minutes, I have called 3 times, and they are still not here. I have no hope that my food will be warm. Completely awful!

I’ll start off by saying that I have had previous pizzas from Jets Pizza, they have a location in my hometown Fort Worth, TX and love them.
So I ordered my pizza this evening and 45 minutes it arrives at my hotel. I forgot and ordered reg style instead of deep dish my mistake not theirs. I open and it’s a glob of mozzarella on disgusting mounds of sauce. Cut into kiddie slices. I made it through half a slice and gave up.
$ 15 later I’m still hungry and should have just walked next door to subway
Very disappointed business should be ashamed to send stuff like that out

Worst service ever! showed up and waited 25 xtra minitues when i finally asked what was taking so long when i found out it hadnt even been put in the oven
after 50 mins of waiting the kid smirked when i asked for a refund. never offered to make it right and said i cant help how many people call. stay away

Ordered a Chicken Parmesan pie while staying near the airport. It arrived hot and tasty. Reasonably priced too. Cheesy, not sloppy with sauce.
