Worst service EVER!!! We called the company and got a contract. We had a bee issue and two of my kids are DEATHLY allergic to bees. When we made the appointment we told the operator that the bees are coming in from the second floor. We can see them by the gutters. We told them they would need a very long ladder to get up there. The technician came the day of her appointment with NO ladder. She said she saw the bees but without seeing a hive she couldn’t spray up there anyway. I asked her how she would see she doesn’t have a ladder. She said even if they have ladders they do not go up unless they see the hive from the ground due to insurance reasons. I also told her they come into the house from the attic. She didn’t even have a small ladder to get into my attic. I told her I had one in the basement. I recently had an injury so I am not allowed to carry anything but she told me she had a colonoscopy the day before so she could not carry anything. So I carried the ladder from the basement up to the second floor. She was in the attic for less than five minutes. Came out and said she sees the bees but because I have central air ducts and she is not a small lady she couldn’t get to them. My son was home at that point and he took the ladder back down to the basement. She didn’t spray ANYTHING for the bees and my husband cancelled the contract when he got home. He explained everything to the person on the phone when he called. We called Arrow who came the next day. They found THREE hives by the gutter and one in my attic. They sprayed and thankfully we now have no bee issue. BUT Terminex is HARRASSING us almost daily for payment. They call my house phone AND my cell number. Every time they call it’s at least 20 minutes being sent from department to department to be told that it will be noted. To be called AGAIN. Now they are threatening to put us in collection.

The worst customer service of any company i have ever done business with. They schedule appointments and don’t show up. do yourself a favor and call a reputable local company.

Do you like to have someone tell you what every they have to so you spend as much a possible? Do you like 10 marketing calls a year and no returned phone calls when you have a service issue? My favorite was the installer that flat out told me what I had signed up for was a «scam» and I did not need to replace any of the equipment I bought. When I actually got the manager on the phone and after having to lessen to the up sell again from her she actually agreed with me when I told her the gig was up. She agreed to refund the $ 1200. its has been 2 months and 8 phone calls later,(Including to the corporate office) I STILLDONOTHAVEMYMONEYBACK. Call a local company that might actually appreciate the business.
