We were at the INN from the 16th to the 19th of Dec. 2013. I have read the negative replies listed. I just feel that you were hurt somewhere as there was really nothing wrong with the INN. We enjoyed our three nights there. TAPPY the manager on duty was extremely knowledgable and very nice to deal with. We had no complaints to speak of. We did not use things that he offered, but it was all available for our use. The price was great and the place was clean and cosy. What more do you want?

Very nice accommodations… very clean, very good rate. Staff very pleasant. Good location off 896 & Rt 30 in Ronks, PA. I would highly recommend it, if you’re just looking for a nice, quiet place to sleep in the Lancaster area. The continental breakfast stays open until 11:00 AM (includes orange juice, and fresh fruit, bagels w/​cream cheese, donuts, cereal, milk, etc)

We stayed here for about $ 60 and were very content with the place. The location was really nice — overlooking the cornfields of the Amish country, with fireflies hovering outside. There were the basic amenities, AC, and TV. There’s even wi-​fi! It was clean and the front-​desk clerk was very friendly. I enjoyed our stay!

It’s a clean, cheap place to stay when visiting Lancaster County or passing by. Rooms are spacious, clean and have TV, cable, microwave and refrigerator. It saves you at least $ 30 per night compared to the other hotels nearby. It’s on 896. Follow the road to Good n Plenty and to Rd. 340 which will take you to the Bird-​in-​Hand Farmer’s market.
Early in the morning, step into the office for a pastry, banana and a cup of coffee.
Very satisfied with their accommodations. They could use a little upgrade, but it’s a place to sleep!
