Oceanside, CA
We recently stayed at the Scottish Inn, while visiting Amish country. Very nice staff, especially the front desk. The price was reasonable and less than neighboring hotels or B&B’s. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The only negative was the road noise; but since it’s next to the main highway, it would be expected (due to it, they get four stars, otherwise they would get five). Excellent breakfast nearby at Katie’s Restaurant.
