Horrible service, waited 15 minutes just to be greeted with a bad attitude by an extremely disrespectful waitress. I’ll take my money to hearthstone.

This place has good pizza and mediocre everything else. I wouldn’t really recommend going here unless you’re specifically after the deep dish pizza. The thin pizza is good as well, but, it’s a little on the expensive side unless you keep the toppings to a minimum.

Deep dish pizza sauce is really good. Cheese is great. But you might want to order extra toppings, they are a little light. Deluxe deep dish. Mine has approx 18 little sausages on the whole 10″, 1st slice. I’ve seen 3 green peppers and haven’t seen any mushrooms yet. +1 more green pepper 2nd slice. Ok a lot more diced green peppers and some mushrooms.

My drink was very nice, Hendricks and cucumber, and the beer list pleased my husband. The food was fine, but nothing to write home about. I had the short ribs(which I think was pot roast) and my husband had pasta which was fine but not amazing. Neither of us finished our meal(big portions) so we took them home and passed on dessert.

We may have just ordered the wrong things– the burger and pasta were fine but didn’t knock our socks off. Server was pleasant, hostess was rude. We’d probably give it another chance but wouldn’t be in a rush to go back.

This is one of my favorite lunch time places for a great buffet with included wine. The servers are always attentive. The dining space itself is comfortable(both inside and outside) and I have found that they are especially accommodating to large groups and handle them with great ease.

Wow my girlfriend picked this place out and when she said they had ribs and pizza and such I figured it would be a pizza joint that had some other food. Boy was I wrong. We started off with crab Rangoon egg roles and they were very cool twisted on crab rangoon. We both had salads which were pretty standard. I got the Henry combo which is an 8 Oz stake, bbq pulled pork and 2 pieces of fish. Very good and huge portions. My girlfriend got BBQ ribs which she ate about ¼ of it. If we are in the area again we will be stopping here again!

The ambiance was rather plain and cold and the Smokehouse Deep Dish Pizza was very average. The sauce did not resemble what was described, the beef was of poor quality and burnt, and the crust was dry. However, the service was adequate.

We had a pasta and sandwich at this place. We liked it the moment we entered it, and the food did not disappoint us either. A nice place for dinner if you are around!

I really enjoyed the food & the atmosphere! Started with onion rings & bread sticks. O-rings were good while the breadsticks were AMAZING! I got the smoke house pizza & it was amazing! 2 in our group got the wet burritos and the were ok, good, kids meals were tasty, soup was very good! Price was a little more than expected, but reasonable. You are going to pay about $ 15 per entrée. Service was great, didn’t wait long for anything and the drinks were always filled! We will go again!

This restaurant has a good atmosphere. The food is very tasty. The price is on the average. The place is clean. Normally you need to wait by the door because there is a lot of people. Nevertheless, it is worth waiting for!

It is not Chicago pizza. Our crust could have been cooked a little longer and the sauce was a little watery. Great staff, very friendly and attentive. The crab ragoon egg rolls were the highlight, but needed some vinegar or soy sauce to go with the sweet dipping sauce.

Not a good place for large groups during busy hours(weekend dinner) as the food here isn’t worth waiting an hour for. Came here with a group of 7 Saturday night for dinner. We called ahead and they told us they didn’t do reservations after 3. When we got there the parking lot was packed and they told us the wait was going to be about 25 minutes. It was not. The wait was more like an hour + and we were very hungry by the time we were seated, especially since most of us hadn’t had lunch either. They must be really bad at busing tables or just like seating small groups. Needless to say we were not in the best mood at this point. We ordered drinks, 3 appetizers for the table, soup and 3 deep dish pizzas all at the same time. The waitress was nice but very slow bringing up the food. The appetizers were mediocre at best, probably wouldn’t get any of the ones we ordered again. The white chicken chili was pretty good though and they were nice enough to split the bowl we ordered into 2 cups since I was sharing with someone else. The deep dish pizzas didn’t take very long to come out(15mins, at least they got that estimate right) and they all look the same on top. They were pretty good for the price; most of our group was stuffed after eating a slice(¼ of a pizza), some a slice and a half. Most likely won’t be back again though, unless I make a reservation before 3 or just go with one other person.

We arrived at this restaurant with a group of 9(5 young children, and 4 adults) they said it would be a 25 minuet wait. An hour and 15 minuets later, still no seat and never offered a menu to at least check out what we wanted. As we were waiting we see 2 other big groups pass us, as they put tables together to accommodate them. They let us know that it is difficult to accommodate a group of 9, and now after an hour and a half later they say they can seat us. Oh, and if you’re not sitting at the bar they will up charge you for the prime rib steak, if you sit at a table it’s $ 18.99when it specifically says $ 10.99 prime rib steak on their sign. What a joke! We will never make the same Mistake again to bring our family here!

Just left there. Food was very good and very reasonably priced. We had the ribs and meatloaf and both were very good. Nice wait staff. We would go back for sure.

Excellent food, great service, reasonable prices. The deep dish pizza was as close to authentic Chicago Style as you’re going to get in West Michigan. It was a busy Saturday night, and we only waited maybe 5 minutes for a table, were waited on right away, and the food came out quickly. Server kept our drink glasses full and was very friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

The classic story of this place, good food and terrible service. Our waitress had to be asked several times for each thing we wanted, it would be alright if was slammed but there were less than ten people in the entire place. If there were a self service section I would rather sit there and save myself some cash.

I visited Handsome Henry’s today for lunch and it surpassed my expectations. We had the lunch buffet(thin crust and Chicago-style pizzas, pasta, a variety of salads, bruschetta). The very reasonable buffet price also includes a glass of house wine and I chose the white Burgundy. As a huge fan of Giordano’s in Chicago, I had my eye on the deep dish pizza to see if it would be an acceptable local substitute for Giordano’s. I really enjoyed the deep dish pizza and the thin crust option as well. In fact, Handsome Henry’s will be my first choice for takeout pizza in the future. I am not normally a fan of buffets, but because this was my first visit, I wanted to try a variety of the menu items. Considering the glass of wine, the lunch deal was just too good to turn down – an excellent value! My biggest critique is that the buffet lacked options for vegetarians – all of the pizzas had meat, as did the pasta. We sat outside on a perfect summer day that was mild and breezy. The outdoor seating area is quite nice. The indoor décor seemed like it was trying a bit too hard, but overall wasn’t bad. Our server was friendly and prompt with water refills.
