My main problem is that they have no wheelchairs available and was told to go to Albertsons and sneak out one of theirs. I ended up standing outside with my crutches while my husband dropped off my script. I was tired and in to much pain to go any further. Especially after traversing the parking lot full of pot holes.

i was on hold for over 15 minutes(18 min and 25 sec to be exact) before i hung up. Why is it that every time i go in there someone is always on the phone but when i call to speak to someone no one answers?

I’m sorry to say I have the opposite experience in Rite Aid in Rosamond, CA about the lines. Without a doubt ALMOST every time, no matter what time of day, I will walk in and there is a long line more than 5 customers and ONE checker! A few times I have had questions of where to find a cold medicine, I ask the pharmacist and are you kidding me, they don’t know what I am talking about or if they do, where it would be in the store. The checkers are nice and helpful, but it just gets so annoying to have to run into a drug store and have to wait for 20 minutes to get out of it. It’s comical now… when I HAVE to go there… I just know not to plan anything in my life for the next half hour. I hope they can work something out and figure out the line issues and the staff being knowledgeable of where things are.

This is the best RITEAID ever! The cashiers are fast and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help. The pharmacy rocks as well! They always have what I need and fill the prescription on the spot!

It isn’t that bad actually. A-OK describes it perfectly in my opinion. I don’t think I have ever seen a line more than3 people, and yeah they may only need one cashier but really, why have 4 when there is like one customer needing help. They have a pretty good collection of cards. Its basically got the necessities. Snacks, cosmetics and other personal care products, over the counter medicines. We just bought a patio set that was reasonably priced too. The pharmacy, unlike like the other Unilocalers, I have never had a problem with. I have had my orthocycline filled in an hour. Like literally, dropped my prescription off, ran to Albertsons, filled up on gas, and bought an Arizona and come back and it was ready. The employees do sometimes seem a little clueless but I think its mainly because they don’t have a whole lot of business and when a question they are not frequently asked pops up, they just don’t know the answer. The manager that helped us the other day was very informative though. It has either been a really long time, or I have never used the service, but they do have a photo center where you can get pictures developed. Which is nice for if I don’t feel like driving to Lancaster to go to Walmart to do it. Oh but they don’t have crutches. So that sucked when I needed them.

The service is always slow. There is never more than one register open and it is not always easy to identify. Forget having a prescription filled there, if you drop one off there and come back the next day you will probably find that it has not even been started. Travel the extra moles and go to Burns Pharmacy in Lancaster. It will né worth the time and effort.

Terrible service. Always a long line and only 1 cashier. The pharmacy is even worse! Worst pharmacy ever. Horrible customer service.
