Love the people behind the counter. My only issue is Albertsons raises the prices on a whim. It costs more to get a frappé there than an actual Starbucks and I don’t get to drive through. On another fabulous note my drinks are always perfect and taste amazing!

I ordered they charged me without even waiting for my husbands order he got upset and didn’t even order he says he will never go back to that location and their expresso machine is broken

I work at Starbucks so I guess you can say I expect a different service. First I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie they couldn’t find a code so she just made up one whether it was cheaper than the actually drink that didn’t matter you don’t just make a price up. So instead a bought a peppermint mocha Frapuccino but instead of tell me they didn’t have any toppings they just let me buy it. This is always make me upset. Mostly because I didn’t want that drink in the first place. They should always inform the customers no matter how minute the change is.
