After driving past this little hidden place for a number of years I finally decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a small, neatly arranged dining area that could hold maybe 30 people on a good day and a que, at the counter, ordering food to go. When the server was able to ask if I was there for pick up, I said that I would like to eat in. She said that there were a lot of orders ahead of me and it might take awhile. I was seated at one of the available tables, given a menu and asked what I would like to drink. There was one couple eating and the other tables looked as if they had been recently vacated. The floors were clean and the décor was pleasantly Asian themed. It seems that there are only two ladies who work here, one does the cooking and the other does everything else. I do mean everything. She waits on customers, answers the phone, cleans the tables, greets people as they come in the door and hurries to hold the door open for them when their hands are full of take out bags. I received my drink and ordered from the menu. It only took about 20 minutes for my entrée to arrive, in the meantime I was given a bowl of soup that was delicious. While I waited there was a fairly steady flow of people arriving for take out. The server still managed to check on the diner’s and make sure that everything was ok. My food arrived and it was absolutely delicious, perhaps a bit smaller proportionally that you might be used to in a traditional Asian restaurant but very filling for one person. I most definitely will return to this little gem of an eatery. Just north of Rosamond Blvd on Sierra Hwy, in Rosamond

Having eaten take out twice I think I finally have enough to make a decent review. Twice I have ordered food which included the Yellow Curry on both occasions. I think this is the best dish they have. The Pad See Ew is also quite tasty and cooked well. I had the Pad Thai once and it needed lime juice and peanut crumbles. It tasted plain, but I ate it anyways so that’s my fault. The coconut milk soup also takes certain consideration. Its very full of flavor and a bit more than what you’d expect for plain soup. Every time I order food here they cook everything within 20 minutes. That’s just way too fast, but is still greatly appreciated.

The food is awesome, always fresh, I eat here at least once a week and I will choose this restaurant over any other Asian food restaurants in the av. The service is good and fast, take out is always hot by the time I get back home with it. If you try it you will love it.

Food was fine. I ordered yellow curry with chicken. The food was served in about 5 minutes and eaten in 5 minutes. Bathroom was clean. Service was fine; she asked if I wanted a refill of water. Price was right $ 6.95 plus tax plus $ 1 tip. Not sure about the other reviewer who didn’t like the service?. The people that run the restaurant are Thai, not bubbley 28yo ladies from the Midwest; so you can understand the(cultural) differences. Update: I ate here again for lunch and dinner the following day and the food(Pad Se Ewe /chicken and Red curry for dinner) was the same 4 star. I see two ladies that work there, one cooks and the other runs the register, serves the food etc. She’s busy running the restaurant and I think she’s shy, so don’t be taken back. I did see two Kern county Fireman in here for lunch. It looked like one was eating the bbq chicken«lunch special». Usually when law enforcement patronizes a restaurant it is a good sign.

The food is great, but customer service stinks worse than 100 buttholes. Not greeting customers, slamming menus on the table, telling my husband when he first walks in, «We don’t have any chicken wings,» is unacceptable(we had a rude encounter in the past). We hadn’t even sat down, yet, and experienced the above. I’ve checked in more than any other customer… that proves how much I love the food, but I can no longer put up with the rude, disrespectful behavior of the server and owner. I will no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will no longer patronize this restaurant. Spend your money in an establishment that is going to treat you like a valued customer.

I love this place. They have some of the best fried rice you ever had and you can always expect a better taste each time you go there. I usually experiment with the heat and boy is number ten HOT. I also love their orange chicken. Is so fresh and tastes so good. I love how authentic and home made everything is. One of rosamond a hidden treasures for sure

Food is good I will admit. Would not recommend military eating here. They are very rude to military personnel past and present. I think they have forgotten were they got their freedoms from to run there own business in the USA.

Wow… a little hidden gem in this somewhat lost or ignored community of Rosamond. I’ve read some other reviews where people have complained about the service… but from what I saw it was just an overly worked owner who loves bringing you an authentically prepared Thai dish! Really Good food… I’ll definitely go back!!!

Love their orange chicken, plus it’s great to see a small business with the same people at it every time I go. The food is always as good as it was the last time.

I eat there occasionally. Probably the best Thai food in the AV and the place is clean. Their curries are top notch and the meat is quality. Veggies are fresh. I’ve had their noodle dishes and they are pretty good, too. I wish the lady behind the counter smiled more but, oh well, what can you do? Maybe she needs a vacation to Hawaii. :-) Anyway, it’s a good restaurant and I recommend it. I never had a bad meal there.

I had gone into this place many times and purchased food, while the staff was not overly friendly, they weren’t usually rude. I would go in there because they had decent Thai food. I took my fiancé and I recently who was having her monthly cycle at the time and was feeling nauseous so she went to the bathroom, the woman working behind the bar actually became angry and bawled me out for how long it was taking my fiancé. I explained that she wasn’t feeling well and she would be done in a few minutes. This woman was so rude that she started talking garbage about my fiancé. Well that’s it for me I will never go in that restaurant again. They have lost a customer for life!

The service is terrible. Went and sat down at a table and the lady threw the menus on the table and said she will be back. waited 30 minutes before service. After I walked to the counter and asked the lady if she can please take out order and she said hat we have to wait. So we walked out and also another couple left also. We decided to go else where.

This place has SOME good Thai food. I would honestly just go somewhere else for better Thai food instead of wasting money here. The owners were sooooo rude and disrespectful. The food is okay, but there are a lot of other better Thai places with 100% better service!!! Never going here again.

Very nice people! Only two women work there and sometimes the wait is a bit long but it’s worth it. I like that the owner walked me out and chatted with me, definitely gave a personal feel to the service. I had the yellow curry which was a bit thin, but that was fine with me. My friend had their chow mein with shrimp and that was an awesome plate I must say. We also had their orange chicken, which I would call dry but I can’t help but feel that since they’re Thai, they make it differently. I believe the sauce is less important, and rather that the texture and flavor is, to them, what makes the dish. I would go back for sure, though I’ll say my maim reason is because they’re good people who deserve to show what else they got :)

First time dining here. Somewhat friendly greeting upon entering the restaurant. Quickly seated and given about five minutes to look over the menu. Appetizers arrived within a few minutes. I recommend the friend dumplings. Ordered the hottest spicy duck curry. Unfortunately it did not hit the mark I was expecting. Barely brought a sweat drop to my brow. The food was very tasty and served within minutes of the appetizers. The whole facility was rather clean looking. They could dust the light fixtures and picture frames all around the dining area. Restrooms were clean. All in all, I might come back after I try some of the other curry restaurants in the area.

Tried to go here at 7:10pm. Lady acted like a child when we said we would rather eat in. She made sure we knew they closed at eight, their posted hours say until nine. We decided to go down Sierra highway to another Thai joint called, Thai Restaurant. It was fantastic, I will continue to support them and the very happy staff.

Yummy Thai food! This place has all the good Traditional Thai dishes you could want! Service is alright but they do the best they can! We usually order take-out and it’s never bad! No alcohol though :(

My go-to in Rosamond. Their lunch and dinner specials are where it’s at! Garlic Pepper shrimp is so good, but comes with a small portion. Three flavored fish and Mongolian beef are my fav’s, and I never place an order without their fried dumplings. However, if you want GOOOOD fried rice, go to Thai Chinese. Thai Garden’s is ok, sorta bland… it has nothing on Thai Chinese’s spicy combo fried rice.
