Two stars for the upscale like front desk. Although I came here to get my toes done. I had a pedicure the lady rubbed my legs for less than two minutes a casual. light rub just on the lower half of my foot. She would push your cuticles so far back with the wooden stick it hurt really bad they don’t wet your lower legs just your feet so when they rub the hard soap or whatever it’s called it’s scratching your dry legs. Also the two empty toe chairs next to me… Well. you will.see the picture. Not sure if they forgot to clean from previous person but it shouldn’t have that much build up from previous person. Nice looking place though and I liked they gave you water. After I got home I realized she even forgot to put the top shiny coat on my right foot. How ridiculous is that? It was a white woman that did it and she wasn’t good at all she had pink hair. beware

Updating my review once again! I have seen zero follow-up on what was promised since I spoke with the management about updating my review. I had hoped they were really going to make it right, so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Nope! They used me to bump up their star rating. Sorry, Bedazzled. Unfortunately I think I will be forced to return here for the next wedding updo I get in October, because there’s not a lot of good information or well-rated salons in Roscoe and for some reason this place still rates better than others in Roscoe that I can find. «The devil you know», and all that. Feh.

A wonderful experience in every way! I first visited Bedazzled for my sisters wedding(up do and makeup), and was greeted with a glass of wine and a friendly smile. That was over 4 years ago and the first impression walking in, is the same every time(4 years later). Since then, I’ve been a regular with Colette for my haircut and style. I also go and get my nails done there. This place is consistent and competitively priced. Colette is incredibly attentive with conversation(and refills) the entire time. As my stylist, she is so patient while I hemm and haw about what hairstyle to try. She doesn’t want me to leave the chair until I am 100% satisfied, and I appreciate the attention to detail. All the nail technicians, I have had there are GENIUS. I’ve never felt so glam before; perfect for any occasion or event. I’m pretty sure I skip out the door every time! Bedazzled is my favorite treat to myself!

Very disappointed in this place for a few reasons… Although I was very happy with my hair and nails… as well as the competency of my hairdresser… She’s the reason I went back… I would give her 5 stars. However… I feel like it speaks to the type of business it is when the first person I’m greeted by isn’t friendly,… And even worse, the owner’s(female lady with short hair.) smug dismissive unfriendly demeanor. As the owner, you should greet everyone that enters your place of business, with a smile and hello. I didn’t receive either, on any of the occasions I’ve visited. Would rather find another way to have my stylist do my hair… ;-(Outside of the salon!

I made an appointment for a quick facial before I went to an event. Well, it really sucked to be honest. The esthetician could not give me any advice on how to take care of my skin, she just said«use toner» by bioelements. Then, she kept talking about bioelements and I then told her I i know all about bioelements and do not like them and she said she only knows about bioelements and what they sell at their salon and she can not help me otherwise, if i do not buy or use products from bioelements. She said she has been an esthetician for three Years but doesn’t know a thing about skin, just about her products and what she sells. All about the money and she had a nasty attitude also.

I have had two bad experiences here. I had a terrible manicure. I removed it the next morning. It was all over my cuticles. I also had a Groupon and on one day they ran out of product and the next visit I didn’t like the person providing the service. The owner mad me feel horrible. I will just let the remaining balance of my Groupon expire before I walk in again.

Let me start by saying, I really wanted to like this salon. It is close to home and offers a variety of services at(what I thing are) reasonable/average prices. Everyone that works there looks trendy and they really try to keep up on the latest styles. The initial reason I went there was because i ran into an acquaintance of mine who had just had her hair done by the owner of the salon and let me say, I was impressed! The color on her was so unique and fit her so well. It seemed like this was just the place I had been looking for since moving here 5 years ago. So I went in on my first visit and gave the stylist pretty much free range to do the color and cut she wanted. Long story short the color was plain and the cut didn’t work with the lay of my hair at all. It wasn’t horrible so I gave her a second chance and this time I asked to go a little bolder with the color. I pretty much got the same thing as the first time. It was as if her go-to style was something called the hombre with highlights and lowlights. So, the third time I went in I brought a picture of exactly what I wanted. Based on the picture I wanted my hair would require an all over brown color with golden highlights and then two small pieces of an unnatural bold purple color that kind of popped out. Well, once again she ended up doing high/low lights of this purple and golden color all over my head! I had purple everywhere! It was ridiculous and when I voiced my displeasure she sat me down in a chair with a stylist in training to do an all over color that(in her words) would wash out. So I paid extra to have a color put in that would just end up washing out?! It made no sense. That was the third strike with me. I work with a former hair stylist and when she saw my hair she suggested I contact the manager and I would have except my hair was done by the owner!

Okay so I promised my review in a few hours, so I apologize to the owners, but I think I was so relaxed from my visit that I had to take a nap. Anyway, this place is the real deal. Amazing staff(and all of them nice), no snooty salon service here, clean and beautiful facility, fair prices for superior services and supplies, and, well did I say amazing yet? Bedazzle means to cause someone to lose clear vision, especially from intense light. It is related to the word dazzled, which means stupefied or dizzied by something overpowering. Well, these definitions really fit. I was overcome by the intensely bright and airy beauty of Bedazzled. Make sure you like them on any social media source you use. They are on them all! They even have a blog. Like them on Facebook to keep in touch and save 15% on your first visit. I am going back for a spa day in August. I know what you’re thinking. Too expensive. But, it really isn’t. They work with you on what you want, but their basics are called Heaven, Tranquility, and Serentity. I’m getting a 90-minute massage, facial, pedicure, haircut, and lunch(I think I got that all right. Whatever it is exactly, it sounds like Heaven to me). So, do yourself a favor. Get out of Rockford and head to Roscoe for some of the best salon service I have ever experienced. Want to see what I mean, take a peek at their absolutely fabulous website: You’ll find everything from their entire menu(delicious) to staff profiles(people actually work there long enought to make it worth it I guess) to special occasion services and events to pictures of the entire place. It is all on display. My only surprise is that I am the first person to write a review here on Unilocal.Shame on all you previous customers for keeping such a good secret to yourself. But, I don’t blame you. However, Bedazzled is too good to keep to myself. It absolutely had to be shared.
