This is, by far, the best soft serve ice cream in Sullivan County. It reminds me of what I used to get in Brooklyn when I was a kid. It’s rich, has the perfect mouth feel, and the shopkeeper is really friendly.

Best ice cream in the county hands down. My favorite thing about this place, besides the sign that boasts «WARNING: Our Sizes Tend to Run Large», is that they have a soft serve flavor of the day. I’ve had peach soft serve, cappuccino soft serve, and mint soft serve in recent memory.

FILTHY FILTHY hole in the wall ! Ice cream? Is that what that stuff is ??? Even my dog wouldn’t touch the vanilla, powdered mix soft serve. YELCH ! CLEAN UP THIS PLACE ! TOOOOEEEY FEH ! Roscoe definitely could use something better ! Hey, I heard this fellah owns the Roscoe Coffee Shop too ! Not to be confused with the Roscoe Diner. Go ahead… I dare you ! Go have a look and see the ONLY roach infested place in the entire town ! I dare you… double dare you ! And then order a simple hamburger and see what you get ! Cardboard on a bun. HAR ! I don’t think so.

Small town, old school, soft serve ice cream! This spot really is a treat with an extremely overwhelming menu of sundaes, toppings, shakes, and items I’d never heard of. I decided to be boring and just get a plain vanilla, but my boyfriend got vanilla with peanut brittle and sprinkles topping and it was awesome. Can’t wait to go back!
