Panda Express

Disappointed !!! Food is good, but rice is half cooked. Never ever experienced this from other branches.

We normally love this place. We were in the area and stopped for dinner around 5 pm. The service was really friendly. I am giving a 2 stars because all 3 of our meals were cold. It was like the entrees had been sitting awhile. We all ate different entrees. Rice and chow mein were not even warm. The place was filthy and there was not even a place to sit. All the empty tables were not wiped down. The forks were not stocked so we had to ask for them as well as a rag for the table. To top it off we stuck to the sticky floor as we walked. Must have had an off day or the management needs to check up on the workers.

I like the food here, service was quick. When we went, there were out of Kung pao chicken curry, but then they made it in 3 minutes and got it to our table, i tried black pepper chicken for the first time, taste’s good. Eventually i forgot my bag in the store, but then the store manager shipped the bag very next day. Thanks a lot Xin for shipping my bag.

They’re usually either out or running out of most things, and it always looks old. It’s okay if you want something fast, but for the price, I’d rather go to one of the other Chinese places in town.

There were low on everything and rushed us even though there was no one in line very poor customer service

Pretty good overall except they were running low on some items and we had to wait. I always welcome Panda on road trips especially so I can get some veggies in me. Plus a Starbucks right behind them so you can get decent food and get amped before you get back on the freeway which is very close.

I usually don’t do fast Chinese but if I do this is the place I go. I’ve never had and issue with it. Taste good, not great but good. Service is always tentative and kind. And seating is never and issue priced about the same price as a buffet. Not bad at all.

Horrible experience today! It started off great with service and then I decided to try the new fish they have… I tried it and it was really cold so I decided I would ask her for the meals I had ordered for my kids because I wanted to see if they were also cold… u guess right everything is cold, I ask her for fresh food due to the fact that it is not up to temp and is now contaminated… she takes the food I was just touching with my fingers and puts in back in the serving bowl! WHAT?! She then mixes fresh food with it! WHAT?! She also states she will turn ON the warmers since she just realized they were off… hmmm! Needless to say… I’ll be calling this into the health department… Oh did I mention I watched them serve the food I had touched to others… wow! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star today

The food was over cooked and expensive with small portion, not even enough for one person meal. We also didn’t know one of the dishes was $ 1 more before we chose it.

Sent my sister to pick up dinner. We didn’t notice until she arrived home that the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken was completely burnt. The noodles were dried out and old. She said that a couple came in behind her and asked for an entrée and were told it was too close to closing and they were out. It was 1 ½ hours until closing time. They insisted on having it made for them.
I don’t think Panda corporate would be at all happy about how it was being managed tonight. I know I’m not. I filled out the survey but they don’t give an option to have a contact for response.

Bland, tasteless food. Fried rice was like cardboard. Chicken and beef flavorless. Food was not fresh. Surprised at low quality of food. Very unlike most other locations of Panda Express.

We are not going back to Panda Express, ever. We are tired of spending our money on old food. Last time we brought it home we couldn’t even eat it. We had noticed the food was old before, but I already new that you have to go to Panda Express around regular meal times in order to get fresh food, and we had been going at odd hours, so I made sure this time to pick up the food at 5pm. It didn’t work. Everything was old and been heated for to long. I didn’t even know it was orange chicken that I was trying to eat. That’s it we’re done.

Quick, inexpensive good food. I like their spicy dishes and Rose is happy that it’s Asian cuisine. We’ll be back often, I’m sure!

I never really took to Panda Express, living most of my life in Florida, but Iove Panda Express now, and this particular restaurant is not a let down. The food is exceptional and fresh, the staff is polite, quick on their toes, and professional. The establishment is brand new and is always exceptionally clean. Good job Panda Express!

I cannot say enough good things about Panda.
I had never eaten at a Panda Express before, so I don’t have others to compare it to, but as a standalone experience, it keeps me coming back. Seriously, if I could eat the Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken every day, it would take a really long time to get tired of it.
The employees so far have been very friendly, and I even met with the head manager, who was equally pleasant to talk to. Good service always makes it easy to get returning customers, especially when your food is good, and Panda Express knows this well.
If you want good Chinese fast food faster than Bruce lee can kick you in the face, come to Panda. You’ll be finishing your first serving of Orange chicken before he finishes his roundhouse.
By the way I’m full, so eat enough for me, too. I can’t get enough.

The food was very good. I liked the black peppered chicken. The service is very quick and the dinning area is impressively clean. They got a nice patio area to dine at which is nice for the hot weather we’re currently having.

My husband and I wanted to have a late lunch in Roseburg, Oregon when we were driving back home to San Francisco, California.
At first, we were looking for Sizzler, but when we found it, we also saw Panda Express (they just next to each other) then we decided to go there.
Just like another Panda Express, they had a lot of customers and also had a quick service.
I noticed that the restaurant was recently open, with the new building and outdoor seating area. We prefer to had lunch inside of the restaurant since it was more than 90 degrees outside. The restroom was clean and spacious.
We ordered, ate and left with a full stomach, and ready to continue our trip back home.
