They are the least helpful people. I tried to ship 2 suitcases and they informed me that ups does not ship suitcases they have to be in a box. However, they do not carry any boxes large enough for a suitcase. Again, super helpful.

I have a love-hate relationship with this Office Depot. In light of that, I will start with the great, positive things about this Office Depot: 1. The price for the products I buy are excellent. I only use this Office Depot for their print shop, which I get large boards printed on foamcore for work. $ 36.00 for a large 24×36″ board on foamcore is a great price. I am serious when I say that, as it is about half the price of other Print Shops. 2. It is conveniently located near where I work. Your mileage may vary on this one, but it’s only a short drive away at Golden Ring. 3. If the posters from the Print Shop are done right — they look great. 4. E-mailing my print orders in(not all OD’s will let you do this anymore) is much easier than navigating their terrible online ordering system. Now, I have plenty negative to report back from this Office Depot. I will curb it and share only my productive points: 1. There is never enough staff in the Print Shop. When you go to pick up your print job, expect to wait at least 15 minutes on line. 2. I don’t know if it’s user or equipment error but there is always something that needs to be corrected before I walk out. Either there are lines across the print; prints aren’t properly adhered to the foamcore; etc. You need to thoroughly check your final product before walking out. My final thought on this Office Depot is that I can get over the small issues, but I always verify for accuracy and order ahead of time in case issues arise.

I’m not a fan of asking for help, and apparently the staff here aren’t huge fans of offering help… Which led to me circling the entire store 3 times. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry. Well stocked for back to school. Clearance items I wanted were not clearly priced so I didn’t get them. Cashier compensated for crappy experience by being super-friendly(and not calling me «ma’am»).
