Pizza Rustica

This is a carry-​out/​dine in pizzaria café that makes a ton of different dishes. If you drive down Route 40 in Essex/​Rosedale, this place is hard to miss. After passing it several dozen times, my roommate and I decided to give this place a rating.
We ordered way more food than we could finish:
Fried Broccoli Bites
Ribeye steak fries
Lg Cheesesteak Sub
Med Fusion Pizza
2 Sodas
All came out to $ 38.
We got table service… a nice young man came to take our order and our food was brought out to us. What was remarkable was that we got real plates to eat off and home style napkins. The place was clean and there was a TV on a news channel to keep you entertained.
Roommate thought the pizza was above average good, I thought it was decent but not memorable. The cheesesteak sub was delicious but I thought the meat was chopped up too fine. Broccoli bites was a «skip it next time» but still tasty. Having had the cheesesteak sub, the «ribeye steak fries» was overkill. If you are hungry and like steak subs, the steak fries are pretty good. However, the cheddar cheese makes it very heavy and nap time is sure to follow, should you venture to tackle an order.
Overall, decent food at a moderate price… I was a little taken back to break two $ 20s to pay for lunch… but I guess that’s inflation-​shock.

We go there just about once a week for carry out. The food is always very good, the prices very reasonable and the staff always friendly.
