After completing my 10 week challenge, I have lost 15 lbs and down 2 pant sizes. And best of all my belly is no longer out further than my boobs! It is now 2 weeks after leaving Max and I am still following the nutrition plan and continue to challenge myself by working out 5 – 6 days a week on my own. I can’t tell you how much more weight I have lost because my scale is missing from the move, but I can tell you that the pants that were 2 sizes down are now loose. And my stomach is flat! I would have rejoined the Max but we moved to an area where there is no Max… yet!

I just finished my 7th week at Max Fitness in Roseland. If you would have told me 7 weeks ago that this procrastinating non workout motivated person would push herself to workout out every morning sometimes twice a day I would have laughed at you! It is like a family! I look forward to seeing the new friends I have made as we push each other to accomplish our fitness goals while actually having fun! Bill and Nabilia who run the center are very supportive and truly care about your progress. The trainers Sarah, Jen, Diana and Brad motivate you and while their workouts are hard they produce results and they help you throughout the class with words of encouragement and help you do the exercises the correct way. My body is changing and my confidence is growing. I can’t wait to share my success at the end of the 10 week challenge!

Joining The MAX has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself! I started my first challenge in December and now am on the last 3 weeks of my 2nd challenge. I’m down just about 30 lbs and 2 dress sizes in jus under 20 weeks! MAX had changed my entire life! I’m happier, healthier, and full of more energy! I’m doing things I never thought I could do in a million years! I’m our center’s resident double queen taking class at least twice a day! If your hesitant about the program just come in for a sample class you won’t regret it! It’s real people with real results putting in hard work. It’s not jus a fitness program it’s more than that it’s a lifestyle change.
