For those who don’t know this place, it is located directly next to the abandoned movie theater with the $ 5 haircut sign in the window. It should technically be called Lucy’s, because that’s the name of the barber/​owner here. She is really good and very friendly. I have been going here for about 6 years and was always satisfied with my haircut. She is a barber, so it is for men. However, if you are a female and want your hair done here, you need to call or stop by to make a future appointment. Lucy has a partner who does female hair, but only comes in for specific appointments. Yes, your FIRST haircut here is only $ 5 (Men’s). However, all future Men’s haircuts here are only $ 11, but it’s nice to tip a buck or two extra for the excellent service. It is normally not too busy here, so I never have to wait long. I think this is the best and most reasonable barber shop in roselle park.
