Today was my first time trying this place. The people were nice, but I think $ 10.25 for a grilled chicken wrap by itself with no fries/rice/anything on the side is overpriced. The wrap itself was good until I was halfway done and noticed a black hair in it! That’s just nasty :(I feel bad putting the only negative review on here, but just figured I should give the heads up.

Where do I start? I work around the block. Took me about 4 months to find this place and it is basically my go to lunch when working at the office. They post their specials on FB every morning and I suggest taking a look as I usually order from the specials. Tommy is always changing up the sandwich, soup and salad menu. Keeps it fresh every day. There are about 4 soups I am waiting for to come back around. Look out for the Italian Chili with Beef, Pork & Veal. Will order those in larges next time. It all really comes down to how they give you a better, higher quality and less expensive meal than rest of the just okay deli’s around the area. Every time I order something I have never had, off of the regular menu, I am pleased to see how Tommy puts his own twist on it. How he really knows how a meal should be presented and how it should be enjoyed. 8 Months of being a loyal customer to a Family Operated Joint, and I love how they know my name when I walk in or call on the phone. Wonder what the soups will be on the special for tomorrow!

This place rocks! I would have never known about this place if it wasn’t for Unilocal. It’s in a neighborhood setting in roselle park. I had chicken noodle soup and an egg sandwhich. The soup was amazing as was the sandwhich. We also got a cheese steak. Yummy!!!

A little corner deli, no big deal, right? WRONG! Unilocal lead me to this corner delicatessen and catering shop due to perfect rating, albeit with only 11 reviews. I had meaning to go for a while, but the circumstances never seemed to align until one morning when our local diner was packed. A few tables in the front, you can eat in Tommy’s with what seems a favorite joint for the locals, or take out. We had breakfast… wonderful French toast, eggs, toast, and delicious homemade hashbrowns. Coffee was fresh and tasty. Tommy is sociable – got his life story – but it was a very friendly conversation, and his mother showed us pictures of what this place used to look like as a convenience store. Took out sandwiches for the next visit – those homemade meatballs are fantastic, best I’ve ever had besides my own. Chicken cutlets were homemade, too, tender and flavorful. Even the cheese and gravy fries were great; I have to ask what kind of Parmesan he uses – so…damn good. He posts specials daily on his FB page. Need to try a soup next. Go forth, your taste buds will thank you!

I am visiting Roselle Park from Kissimmee, Florida. My daughter recommended I visit Tommy’s Joint for lunch. Best decision I ever made. Tommy’s warm and friendly welcome made me feel right at home. But his Roast Beef Joint with brown gravy was absolutely out of this world. I visited a few more times and I remain totally impressed. Tommy, keep up the good work. GODBLESSYOU with continued success. Angel.

Have been going since they opened. A great place for breakfast or lunch. I’m a huge fan of the Tommy’s Joint Chicken Salad Wrap. A great selection of daily specials and prices are very reasonable.

Awesome deli! Tuna club was off the charts, family owned and you can taste the love in the sandwiches. When I got to Tommys they were making chicken cutlet sandwiches that looked phenomenal. I’ll definitely be back to get one for myself lol

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Most everything is homemade. Great chicken salad with grapes and nuts. Hot and cold sandwiches and wraps. Meatloaf, meatballs all made each day from scratch. Chicken cutlets are fresh, not frozen like other places. Fantastic soups made fresh each day, something different all the time like carrot and ginger, chicken noodle, roasted tomato, to name a few… Salads have seasonal variations from strawberries, walnut, almonds, caesar salad with chicken is great. Tommy makes rubens, hot turkey and roast beef… something different everyday. Just a terrific little neighborhood spot. Glad he opened up here.

Great place to grab breakfast and catch up with the neighborhood folks ! It’s refreshing to have such service. I love that Tommy took the time to «visit» with my husband and I. He is welcoming, funny and as sweet as pie. I wish him all the best and I am so happy to have him in my neighborhood.

Tommy’s Joint has great food. I enjoy their perfectly made breakfast sandwiches, their lunch specials and love all the great soup Tommy offers daily. We have also used Tommy’s Joint for catering at our home and it was perfect. Thank you. :)

Tommy’s breakfast sandwiches are the best around. Food is always great, service is great. Had him make a party tray last minute for a work event and everyone was happy and he went the extra mile to make sure it was awesome. Great local gem.

Ladies and Gentlemen it is time to brace your taste buds for an overflow of flavor. Tommy’s joint takes it back to Italian tradition in this true American dream, from his signature Red Eye Ruben or the addictive Pepperoni and egg to the delectable breakfast platters and the freshest subs cascading with an over flow of meats. Here at Tommy’s Joint there are no shortcuts, bungle away Subway, hit the road IHOP, and pave the highway in gold for a man that treats you like family and feeds you like one. Also lets not forget to remove the chainsaw buzzing at your wallet, for not only do you get more and better tasting food but for less money, even Ray Charles can see all the reasons to come on by and stay for a while here at Tommy’s Joint in Roselle Park.

I finally decided to get one of Tommy’s breakfast sandwiches rather than my normal«buttered roll.» Best decision so far this year. Tommy’s Special is a pepperoni egg and cheese on a soft kaiser roll. The generous amount of freshly sliced pepperoni was griddled crisp and a perfect change from the typical Taylor Ham meat choice. It’s a monster sandwich that comes with a small coffee(decent brew — not Starbucks — he uses WB Law Coffee) that doesn’t destroy your wallet at $ 4.50. It’s a small place but big things are happening here. This guy knows his food, as the menu shows a spark that sets him above the typical food shack. Best part is that he’s cooking all the stuff there. I’ve seen the trays coming out of the ovens, and I’m looking forward to tasting more.

They make a great Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The wait wasn’t very long. The family that owns it are extremely courteous.
