All talk– no action. For an armchair and ottoman, it was to be (with fabric, labor, and tax) $ 750, finished in 2 – 3 weeks. It was actually 5 weeks before they were ready. When I called several times after 3 weeks, the manager always tried to placate me with apologies and promises that they would start soon. In the end, the apologies did nothing for me because not only was the chair late, it was delivered incomplete. I asked for a discount to compensate for the broken promises. In spite of my reminding him about the nearby competition in Union (where I’ll go next time), my promise of a negative review, and the loss of my recommendation to others in my neighborhood, I was denied. Evidently, it is two brothers who own the place, but one of them has recently left the country. Not a good sign…
