Horrible, they had a sub contractor come to my house and install insulation that made the house too tight and they did not vent the attic enough which resulted in ceiling leaks over fall and winter.
Horrible. Contacted them, they come out once, took several weeks to think of something to help, contacted me back said they wanted to remove all insulation or add something to the house heating system which would result in higher electric bill, and then no answers to my emails back from the owner of one company.
