Terrible service. I called in a prescription as a prescriber. First was put on hold for a long time. After someone finally get to me, she hang up after my first sentence. Called again, was put on hold again. Finally got to speak to someone, who was curt and rude. Oh, before then, I have already left a message for the same prescription 4 days ago. Patient went there and was told it was not received.

Update From Earlier Review: After contacting corporate headquarters, it turns out that the store was holding my VHS the entire time, but for some reason never sent it out for conversion nor were able to initially locate it in the store. The new store manager contacted me today to let me know that he managed to locate my VHS in the store and apologized for the incompetence of his emoloyees for temporarily losing my order and lying to me that it was sent out for conversion all this time. The manager gave me back my VHS and also provided me with store credit to apologize for this ordeal. I will never drop off photos, VHS tapes, or anything of value at this store or any CVS/chain store again. Lesson learned!

Well, this is one of the most expensive pharmacies in the area. For some reason everything costs 30% more than the CVS two towns over. On the plus side the pharmacy is efficient. The negative, The checkout line always takes a long time due to the store policy of one cashier per 20 customers. It sucks.
