Dr. Langner is GREAT! Just the prices are ridiculous and they don’t really clarify that they are charging more they just kind of do it. I was quoted for an eye exam $ 115 (which is already more then lens crafters and they do same tests) but when I walk over to pay apparently my total was about $ 190.00 because I did a $ 60 test? I think that JUST for an eye exam that’s a lot of money. Also when I went to purchase my glasses that same day I almost paid $ 580 for a pair of glasses (bargained a little and got it down to $ 480) ended up canceling those glasses and went to another eye dr (Americas best) got two pairs of prescription glasses for under $ 400
Waste of $ 190.00 here never again

My experiences with Dr. Langner and her staff have been wonderful. Excellent, wonderful customer service. Very personable and friendly. She and her staff are great!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Langner for the past 5 years for our eye care needs. I wear glasses and love their selection of frames. Right now I wear a rimless pair that is very lightweight, comfortable and hardly looks like I have glasses at all. They are durable. My last pair like this lasted 2 years and that included abuse from my toddler too! My husband wears contacts and he always feels comfortable in the lenses from here. Their office is nicely decorated and Dr. Langner is very professional. I’ve referred several friends and patients to her practice with great confidence.

Dr. Langner is by far my favorite doctor to visit! She is flexible, knowledgable and super friendly. Her staff is equally as helpful. My family has been with Langner Eye Assoc for 7 years now and have never had a bad experience.
I don’t often write reviews, but after seeing the two negative ones I felt obligated to speak out in Dr. Langners defense. The prices are comparable to any other local eye doctor, but their service and quality far exceeds anything else you can find in the area! Make an appoitment; you wont regret it!

Dr. Kristen Langner is what every single doctor out there should strive to be. Professional, helpful, available, knowledgeable and a boat load of fun! As a long-​time patient of hers, I can’t imagine trusting my eyes with anyone else out there.
Dr. Langner is almost always on time (which every patient loves) and is always happy to squeeze you in when you have an emergency. One of the things I love most is her availability to her patients. When those lovely cases of pink eye pop up out of nowhere over weekends or holidays, you can rest assured that Dr. Langner will get back to you in a matter of minutes to help you out. The rest of the staff is equally accommodating and helpful.
As for the office, not only is it beautifully decorated, it’s clean, welcoming, and full of the latest and greatest state of the art equipment. She carries a wide variety of frames and contacts lenses which is nice for someone as picky as myself.
I recommend Dr. Langner to anyone looking for a new eye doctor who delivers top notch service. She will make sure you and your eyes are well taken care of.

I completely agree with the review that states that they are money hungry and will overcharge you very chance they get. I do not recommend them to anyone. Trust me, you are better off choosing any other place for your eye care needs.

Dr. Langner is the best eye doctor ever. She is so caring and helpful. I wish she would join my insurance plans because her rates are higher than other places, but I really appreciate the above and beyond help they provide.

WOW!!! where do I start… Full of lies and hungry for money. I was going to start to write a long report, but now thinking about it I am enraged again. BOTTOM LINE, IF I HAD A CHOICE TO GO BACK THERE OR GO BLIND, I WOULD GO BLIND STAY AWAY IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR LESS THAN 1 STAR THEY WOULD GET IT.

Dr. Langner is so fabulous that I come from the city to see her, even though we have moved.
I simply can’t say enough about her or her caring staff. She is by far the friendliest medical professional, ever. She is very thorough, and always explains everything for you. She uses state-​of-​the-​art equipment, too. Everything is pain-​free!
I have had such awful experiences at previous eye doctors, so if you are soured on your current doc, make an appointment with Dr. Langner. You will not be sorry. Your contacts and glasses will always be top quality, too– and you hardly ever wait too long to get them.
The office is super nice and inviting, too.
